Unit 20: Facebook bullying

Unit 20 - Life in a day - Mind map

Unit 20: Mind map

Unit 20: Finding story

1 : Is four lions really funny or stupid ? . I have chosen this because  terrorism is a serious thing which innocent people have lost there lives in terrorist attacks . and the People are still alive out there planning more attacks.

2 : Does violent games make people Aggressive ? . I have chosen this because there has been a recent case when a kid has played Grand theft auto Iv  and became addictive . he went out copying scene from the game where the character kills  a taxi driver  and robs the taxi .

3 : Do celebrity affect teenagers ? . I have chosen thus because many celebrity's have had plastic surgery
and the next day they will have plastic surgery . It is common that Teenagers will do anything  for the people they idolise .

4 : What is being done to stop cyber bullying  : I have chosen cyber bullying the reason for this is because some people are being cyber bullied and nothing is being done to prevent or stopped .

Unit 20

I have discovered that in this unit we will be doing alot of Film Reviewing looking at how a movie is been structured and all the shots in the movie. We will be making our own movies using diffrent type of camera angles ,eg wide shot show the entire person or area.  They’re great for establishing the scene and allow for good action of the characters Sometimes this is known as the long shot , close up shot show a particular part of your subject.  For people this usually means the shot frames just the head!.

I should succsessfully achieve this by the end of the unit . to  Make my own movie with all the diffrent types of camera angles , use diffrent tones of voice to show effect. also i will learn how a movie is Put togther for diffrent types of genre Eg: Action, Thriller, Comedy, Family. i will look into a movie in detail look at how the main features Capture the audience and make them carry on watching it eg: Murder unsolved.

How Long will the unit be.and will we be using cameras and film editing software ??

Research methods

Research Methods

Primary Research is often undertaken after the researcher has gained some insight into the issue by collecting secondary data. This can be through numerous forms, including questionnaires, direct observation and telephone interviews amongst others. This information may be collected in things like questionnaires and interviews.

Secondary research occurs when a project requires a summary or collection of existing data.

These secondary sources could include previous research reports, newspaper, magazine and journal content. At other times, it may make be the only research technique used.
A key performance area in secondary research is the full citation of original sources, usually in the form of a complete listing or annotated listing.

Qualitative research includes interviews, focus groups, participant observations .Qualitative means a non-numerical data collection or explanation based on the attributes of the graph or source of data. For example, if you are asked to explain in qualitative terms a thermal image displayed in multiple colours, then you would explain the color differences rather than the heat's numerical value.)

Quantitative research is about asking people for their opinions in a structured way so that you can produce hard facts and statistics to guide you. To get reliable statistical results, it’s important to survey people in fairly large numbers and to make sure they are a representative sample of your target market.
